Research
HMHI aims to open dialogues around healthcare leaders’ roles, functions, and performance. Projects are interdisciplinary and comprise frontline staff, supervisors, professionals, students and scholars, industry leaders, and labor. The foundation for our projects is cross-sector and includes the “voices” of those in sectors outside of healthcare and inside. HMHI actively participates in applied research, participating in discussions and conferences and offering webinars and workshops. Our projects, past and present, include the future of work, the experience of healthcare, and technology and data. The work of HMHI contributes toward creating a new paradigm for the education of healthcare leaders.
