Nora Sacchi, MS

Nora Sacchi has over a decade of experience in learning and development. She specializes in leading and facilitating professional and leadership development programs, and provides executive coaching and organizational development consulting, primarily within the healthcare industry.

Throughout her career, she has worked as an internal consultant for different healthcare systems in NYC. She is passionate about using her expertise in organizational development, Lean process improvement and Hogan Assessment coaching certification to help individuals, teams, and leaders boost performance, enhance engagement, and drive productivity. Nora holds a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Baruch College.
