Lovelyamma J. Varghese, DNP, MSN, FNP, RN, NPD-BC, NEA-BC, is a nationally recognized nursing executive, educator, and scholar with more than 18 years of progressive leadership experience across inpatient, ambulatory, mental health, specialty, primary care, sub-acute rehabilitation, and long-term care settings in New York City’s leading public academic health system.

She currently serves as Senior Director of Nursing Education and Performance Improvement at NYC Health + Hospitals/Harlem, where she provides executive leadership for nursing professional development, clinical quality improvement, regulatory readiness, and academic partnerships.
