I received a Ph.D. in Sociology from CUNY Graduate Center and a Juris Doctor from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law, Yeshiva University. I have worked for the past 30 years in health care management in various administrative capacities, specializing in health law and health care finance. I have also consulted for a number of health care organizations in New York and other cities in the U.S. area of long-term care administration and hospice.
