Jaclyn Mucaria, MPA, FACHE

Jaclyn Mucaria is a senior healthcare executive with more than 30 years of leadership experience in complex academic medical centers and health systems across New York. She is the founder of JM Advisory Services, LLC, where she provides consulting and coaching to healthcare organizations and C-suite leaders in the areas of revenue optimization, operations, quality, safety, and leadership.

From 2015 to 2024, Jaclyn served as President of NewYork-Presbyterian Queens Hospital, a 535-bed institution with a $1.2 billion budget and 5,000 employees. During her tenure, she led the hospital to a CMS 5-Star Quality rating, the first NYP campus to achieve this distinction,  and oversaw a $300 million capital investment program. Prior to that role, she served as Senior Vice President and Chief Experience Officer at NewYork-Presbyterian Hospital, where she directed ambulatory care and patient-centered services across the system's ten campuses.

Jaclyn holds a Master of Public Administration in Health Care Administration from New York University and is a Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She has been recognized as a Crain's New York Notable Woman in Healthcare and has been named to City & State NY's Queens Power 100 list three consecutive years.
