Leslin's Healthcare Careers Pathway Program is an immersive, professionally facilitated experience designed to introduce students to the breadth of opportunity available in the healthcare sector,  from clinical roles to administration and beyond.

Participants engage directly with practicing healthcare professionals, participate in hands-on activities, and gain firsthand exposure to roles in Medicine, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Dental Assisting, and Dental Hygiene. The program includes career forecasts, education and salary outlook information, and a physical assessment and treatment demonstration.

Healthcare is one of the fastest-growing fields nationally, yet many students, particularly those from underrepresented communities, have limited early exposure to its full range of possibilities. This program is designed to close that gap.

Our most recent program was delivered in partnership with the International Rescue Committee, an organization dedicated to helping people affected by humanitarian crises rebuild their lives. Together, we brought this experience directly to their students,  and the results spoke for themselves: 100% of participants left with increased interest in a healthcare career.
