Sharon Didier, PhD

Chairperson, Organizational Management Director, Graduate Management Studies Assistant Professor

In excess of 20 years of experience in Training and Development for middle managers for international and national companies in Emotional Intelligence, Strategic Planning, Marketing including Customer Satisfaction, Change Management, and Diversity and Inclusion. Worked with Health Care organizations to develop outreach messages for at-risk populations nationally.

I am very interested in researching topics that are current in Health Care Management and in Organizational Management. I enjoy developing programs that are current, with objectives that reflect the dynamic work environment. I believe that emotional intelligence is central in a world where barriers have persisted that have made certain demographic populations less connected. Soft skills are necessary to re-energize how people view communication both personally and professionally. How that emotional intelligence is communicated will be central in addressing the ethical issues of our time.

I like collaborating with other researchers on current topics to expand the body of knowledge that exists in management structures nationally and internationally. I enjoy teaching at the Graduate Level and am always eager to share my discoveries with others
